This great prize pack includes the beautiful red KitchenAid Artisan Hand Mixer, as shown above, along with the bakeware below which includes a Bakers Secret 12 cup muffin pan, a Bakers Secret 22cm Springform Pan and a Bakers Secret High Wall Crispy Tart Pan.  All you need to get baking!

    I would make my kids some easter cup cakes for next weekend, since they don't like hot x buns, these are the next best thing, covered in chocolate icing with a little egg on top!

    I would whip up a Red Velvet Cake using the mixer and the springform tin, at the moment I have the world slowest hand mixer and a very dodgy springform tin that gets stuck instead of releasing the cake! Some gorgeous new kitchen equipment would be very inspiring!

      I'd go straight to my nemesis - pavlova! Whipping it by hand may work... eventually... but mine never seem to be whipped ENOUGH. Probably because I get sick of it :P A KitchenAid mixer will go far far longer than my arm will!

    I would make cupcakes, using new recipe I found. I have been making it using my cheap and nasty hand mixer, but it starts to have a funny electric smell by the end. They are buttermilk cupcakes, and are so light and fluffy!
