Two days of indulgent eating behind me, I was looking forward to catching up with Nikki Fogden-Moore. Nikki is a Vitality Coach, and works with people to look and feel their personal best without turning their life upside down with unrealistic diets and fitness regimes.
Nikki explains her philosophy of empowering clients with knowledge and runs 5 star retreats in Noosa at the Noosa Outrigger Resort. She explains that the retreats aren’t bootcamp, and how she works with clients to set realistic goals, whilst enjoying some of the best food that Noosa has to offer.

As we run through the exercises, and Nikki corrects our techniques, I’m surprised at how little time is needed to run through the exercises and how intense they are for such a short period of time.
