Looking for an easy, veggie-friendly dinner option? I know the feeling! I recently had the chance to taste test some of the best vegan frozen meals on the market. So read on to discover my new favorites.

You all know I love to cook, and the kitchen is definitely my happy place.

But I'm also a busy working mom, so sometimes I just need a quick and easy dinner that doesn't require me to spend the whole evening in the kitchen.

Enter these new vegan-friendly frozen foods!

I was lucky enough to taste test some of the newest and most delicious veggie-powered frozen meals on the market. And I can assure you - these are frozen meals that you are actually going to want to eat!

This was my first experience working with Babbleboxx. So imagine my surprise when this giant box full of food showed up on my doorstep.

    How fun is this?

Let's Try these Vegan Frozen Meals!

So enough chit chat - let's get to the taste testing. That's the fun part, right?

    Gardein Nashville Hot Chick'n Tenders

As you all know, I love spice! So these new Gardein Nashville Hot Chick'n Tenders were right up my alley.

I've always been a big fan of Gardein products. This is one brand that's definitely a staple in our freezer.

In fact, you might remember me posting about their Meatless Meatballs and their Seven Grain Chick'n Tenders in the past.

These new Nashville Hot Chick'n Tenders definitely lived up to my expectations. Juicy, plant-based chick'n is coated in a deliciously spicy breading.

As with all of the Gardein products, it's certified vegan, non-GMO, dairy-free, and kosher.

To make this a complete meal, I served my chick'n tenders in a quick sandwich.

I loaded up some pita bread with the chick'n tenders, a bit of fresh lettuce, and a drizzle of my favorite vegan-friendly ranch dressing.

These would make a great game-day snack for football season too.

These packed more spice than I expected. (And I mean this as a compliment!) All in all - these are a definite keeper.

    Birds Eye Oven Roasters

There's nothing quite like oven-roasted veggies - so delicious and comforting.

And these Birds Eye OvenRoasters Sheet Pan Vegetables make roasting veggies easier than ever before!

Birds Eye is another brand that makes a regular appearance in our house. In fact, we've been using their riced cauliflower as the base for veggie stir fry for years!

They were perfectly pre-seasoned. All I had to do was roast them on a single sheet pan - and these veggies came out with a wonderful flavor and deliciously crispy texture.

And the best part? It took less than 25 minutes! Score.

To make this one into a complete meal, I served my veggies over top of some soba noodles, with just a dash of soy sauce.

Yum - this really tasted like a gourmet meal and took hardly any time at all to prepare. This one is going on my list for an easy weeknight dinner.

Healthy Choice Falafel & Tahini Power Bowl

And finally, I was able to test out the Healthy Choice Falafel & Tahini Power Bowl.

As a bit of a falafel addict - I was especially jazzed to try this one.

It only took five minutes to cook this delicious power bowl. Perfect for a busy workday!

    Doesn't that look yummy?

The base of the power bowl is a nutrient-rich mix of whole grains and leafy greens, like red quinoa, black barley, and kale.

And it's topped off with crispy falafel, red onions, tomatoes, and a creamy sesame tahini sauce.

These one-bowl meals are so quick and easy - they make for a great packable vegan lunch or even a light dinner.

I'm definitely going to be checking out all of the other vegetarian and vegan-friendly varieties of these power bowls. It' doesn't get much easier than this.
