Preheat oven to 425.
Combine almond milk, flour and seasonings together and mix until smooth.
Stir cauliflower florets into the flour mixture. Do this in batches if necessary.
Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes, and then flip the cauliflower florets over and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove cauliflower from the oven and then heat the margarine and hot sauce over medium-low heat, until the margarine has melted. Stir well.
Place the cauliflower into a large bowl and then pour the sauce over the cauliflower wings. Toss the cauliflower with the sauce to coat.
Return to baking sheet and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until crispy.
If you prefer to make these cauliflower buffalo wings without flour, that's an option also. Simply toss the cauliflower with a bit of olive oil and roast it. Then proceed with coating the cauliflower wings in hot sauce and baking a bit longer. They will not be as crispy as the breaded version, but will still be tasty!
